Will is the head of Manning Fulton’s Litigation Section and handles a wide variety of complex business litigation matters, including franchise litigation.  Will’s wide-ranging complex business litigation experience enables him to effectively assist the firm’s franchise clients in addressing all types of threats they may face, including on matters relating to trademark disputes, employment disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, confidentiality and trade secret disputes as well terminations and rescissions.  Will has assisted the firm’s franchise clients in all aspects of the litigation process from the preliminary injunction phase, through discovery and mediation to trial and arbitration.  However, at the same time, Will recognizes that litigation can be a tremendous cost for franchise businesses, even if they are successful.  Will enjoys working with the firm’s franchise clients before litigation commences, and even before any litigation is on the horizon, to identify risks and threats in order to avoid costly litigation and help clients operate a productive and profitable business.  Will enjoys working with others on the firm’s franchise team to stay abreast of the current issues in the ever-changing and evolving franchise business landscape to be in the best possible position to help franchise clients when the need arises, whatever the need may be.
